The Service Business Development Representative (SBDR) is responsible for answering inbound service phone calls, making outbound calls, and managing live chats, all while demonstrating the high level of professionalism that Dan Wolf Automotive Group is known for. This position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting dealership services, and contributing to the overall growth of the service department. - Schedule and coordinate service appointments for guests
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
- Guide guests through the appointment scheduling process
- Ensure all guest questions are answered accurately and promptly
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
- Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience at every interaction
- Follow up with guests as needed to support appointment completion
- Keep communication organized and up to date across all channels
- A Positive Attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and self sufficient
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Drive to succeed customer expectations
- Excellent organizational skills
- BDC Dealership Experience preferred
