Are you a polished professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Dan Wolf Automotive Group is looking for a driven, top-notch Receptionist to be the welcoming voice of our organization!

In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling incoming calls for our Lexus, Chevrolet, and Toyota dealerships from our centralized call center environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy connecting with people, this is the opportunity for you!

This full-time position will work Monday-Friday from 1:00PM-8:00PM, weekends off.

You Will...

• Communicate with guest in a professional manner
• Operates switchboard telephone system
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Takes thorough messages, indicating the callers first and last name, company name if applicable, the time and the message the caller wishes to leave
• Assists the accounting office with various clerical duties as needed
• Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
  
  
  

You Have...

• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once
• Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
