In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates. Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising store operations and staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including operating the cash register and overseeing transactions.
- Provide employee orientation and training to new hires, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels by assisting with ordering and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
