Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding home improvement project that meet their needs, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Conduct features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and interest.
- Upsell additional items or services by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable options to enhance their experience.
- Possibly handing cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Door to Door sales
- Setting appointments for estimates
- Detailed listing of information of Project and pictures
Qualifications
- Previous construction sales experience preferred, especially in similar fields
- Preferably two years experience in sales
- 18 and over welcome
- Diver licenses and reliable vehicle is a must
- Technology savvy on tablets
- motivated employee and self starter.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions, pricing, confidently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Knowledge cash handling procedures
- Experience construction terminology
- Must be able to be constructive with work under minimal supervision
