High-Level Description: The Senior User Profile Management Administrator supports enterprise endpoint environments by implementing and maintaining user environment virtualization and profile management solutions, ensuring secure, consistent, and efficient end-user experiences across the classified enterprise.
Detailed Description: The Administrator will serve as the lead for enterprise user profile management, leveraging Ivanti/AppSense technologies to implement and support user environment virtualization. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and optimizing profile management policies; troubleshooting profile-related issues; and collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure system performance and compliance. This role will directly support RMF Continuous Monitoring (CONMON), CCRI readiness, and sustainment activities post-deployment. The candidate will also participate in lab testing, requirements refinement, and technical documentation development to support successful deployment and operational handoff. This role requires deep familiarity with DIA's engineering lifecycle, audit requirements, and operational support frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
- Security CE certification and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
- 8 years of IT experience with 5 years supporting enterprise desktop or profile management systems.
- Proven experience with Ivanti/AppSense or similar user profile management technologies.
- Strong understanding of user virtualization, Active Directory Group Policy, and Windows OS configuration in classified environments.
- Experience supporting RMF Continuous Monitoring (CONMON) and CCRI audit compliance.
- Familiarity with systems administration in enterprise environments including patching, endpoint security, and automation.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with experience contributing to SOPs and design documents.
- Understanding of the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, lab validation, deployment, and sustainment.
