Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately install systems.
- Coordinate with team members, property owners, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge including refrigeration
- Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, welding techniques, and property maintenance tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC.
Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
