Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others while effectively managing customer inquiries and concerns. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday. Must be 18 or older

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales activities as needed to promote products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in the system.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone
- Familiarity with client services principles and practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
