With more than 3,500 clients served since our launch in 2009, we have made it our mission to provide our clients with the highest quality of pet care services while implementing cutting-edge technology to improve the customer experience by verifying all visits with the use of GPS technology.
We create custom plans for each individual client that are implemented by a dedicated team of pet care specialists who have undergone thorough background checks, intensive training and are all fully bonded and insured.
THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an In-Home Services Manager to oversee the daily scheduling, operational efficiency, and staff coordination for our in-home pet care services. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, enhancing client retention, and optimizing resources while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, scheduling, customer service, and staff oversight.
To qualify, you must:
- Have at least 3 years management experience (you will oversee and manage the pet care team)
- LOVE animals, especially our biggest type of clients, DOGS! Feel comfortable walking both BIG and small dogs from time to time
- Desire to grow within the company
- Help to work with the management team to achieve company goals on a quarterly basis
- Be willing to commute to all towns in our territory of services using your own, reliable car.
- Have an open and flexible schedule including evenings and holidays
- Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android)

What We're Looking For:
- Leadership: Proven ability to guide, manage and motivate a team, ensuring efficiency and harmony.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in logistics, scheduling, or operations management.
- Customer Service: Strong background in client relations and service excellence.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and resolve operational conflicts with a calm and efficient approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in scheduling software and billing systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Pet Care: Previous professional pet care experience is strongly preferred.
- Logistics & Scheduling Experience a plus!
