ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (comprehensive, but not limited to):
- Lead maintenance staff in performing all upkeep and repairs of facility grounds and equipment.
- Ensure the quality of maintenance work completed meets or exceeds the standards set by Range Manager and appropriate Federal, State, Code, and Local regulations.
- Follow proper procedures to protect the assets of the Company and the safety of the employees.
- Work with the Range Manager to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Facilitate good relationships with Team Members, Supervisors and Owners.
- Procures inventory of materials used in the greenhouse. Research replacement parts for accuracy and affordability. Record all parts used in spreadsheet for future purchases. Monitor, record and supplement inventory of all shop parts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project efficiency and completion.
- Ensure quality workmanship by all team members.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years facility maintenance experience
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Demonstrated ownership for decisions and actions; facilitates accountability.
- Ability to effectively work autonomously, while always keeping the Range Manager informed of critical data.
- Practical, pragmatic, hardworking and committed.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, flexible with work hours, and willing to be available when necessary.
