Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a driven, motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Trainee / Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative. No insurance experience is required. We will train the right person and help you obtain your Property & Casualty license.

What You'll Do
- As you learn the business, your responsibilities will include:
- Learn insurance products and how to identify customer needs
- Develop insurance quotes and present coverage options
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
- Set appointments and develop new business opportunities
- Help customers with their insurance needs and questions
- Provide prompt, professional and friendly customer service
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with an experienced team while developing your sales and insurance skills
