Residential building and remodeling contractor seeks detail-oriented carpenter able to perform most tasks associated with new home construction and home remodeling. Candidate must be comfortable in the trade, able to to follow directions, and able to work alone as well as with others. We enjoy a positive work environment with a focus on quality work.
Requirements:
- Rough framing
- Install windows and doors
- Hang and finish sheet rock
- Interior and exterior painting
- Identify, remove, and replace rotted building materials
- Light plumbing and electric
- Roofing and siding
- Install hardwood flooring
- Finish carpentry
- Work site clean up
Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
