Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction. Proficiency with Procore and construction scheduling is recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project estimates, proposals, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Procore and other scheduling tools.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Track project costs, schedule adherence, and overall performance.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation in Procore.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to clients and company leadership.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in project management and/or estimating within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
