We are seeking an energetic and experienced Automotive Quick Lane Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will perform fast, high-quality maintenance and minor repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Your mechanical expertise and proactive attitude will help keep our customers safely on the road.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements with precision and speed
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently
- Train to learn automotive diagnostics to identify problems quickly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance needs with pictures and videos
- Support vehicle servicing tasks like tire service, wheel alignments, and general mechanical repairs
- Lift heavy components safely during maintenance procedures while adhering to safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience as a mechanic or technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and light trucks
- Skilled in automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, and minor repairs
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during vehicle maintenance tasks
