Role Description
This is a remote hourly position with a possibility to become a full-time role for a Strategic Account Specialist. The Strategic Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, executing account strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value, and providing regular updates to clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, resolving client concerns promptly, and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relations, and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sales, business development, or similar experience
- Expertise in communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
