Your New Role
- Work as a commercial Plumber in Auburn, Maine
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Service water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
- Install and replace piping, valves, pumps, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance and plumbing repairs
- Identify developing issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Respond to emergency plumbing service calls as needed
- Complete service tickets, maintenance reports, and other required documentation onsite
- Communicate job status, material needs, and customer concerns with the Service Manager or Project Manager
- Work professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Follow applicable plumbing codes and company safety procedures
- Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked for the work ahead

Job requirements
- Valid Maine Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber License
- At least 3 years of commercial plumbing service experience, with 5 years preferred
- Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid State of Maine Class C driver's license
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple service calls while working independently
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential job duties such as climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
