Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored presentations, demonstrating the value of our offerings
- Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Engage in warm calling and telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and nurture existing relationships
- Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies and share insights gained from field interactions
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, inside sales, or technical sales environments
- Proficiency in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate interest and appointments
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly convey product benefits
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
