What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Lead / Operations Lead position at Dame’s Lawn Services?
We’re looking for an experienced lawn care and landscaping professional who can help lead daily operations and grow with our company. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already understands efficient mowing patterns, trimming, edging, equipment operation, property appearance standards, and how to work productively without constant supervision.
Daily responsibilities include lawn maintenance, landscaping projects, shrub trimming, mulch installation, property cleanups, and operating commercial equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and can help keep jobs running smoothly throughout the day.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, shows up consistently, maintains high-quality standards, and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company continues to expand. Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is required. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
