- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, inquiries, and returns.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions, provide change, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through product demos to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and promote additional products to customers.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
