We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Technical Lead to lead a strategic engagement focused on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. - Act as the primary technical liaison with the client, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee the creation and review of technical documentation with the technical writer.
- Conduct solution reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards.
- Mentor junior developers and offshore teams.
- Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in software development
- 5 years in Power Platform
- 3 years in SharePoint Online and integration with Power Platform
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (a plus)
- Technical Skills:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI
- SharePoint Online site design, document management, workflows, integration, SAP and Snowflake integration experience
- Dataverse, Azure Functions, custom connectors
- ALM, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
- Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and team coordination
- Ability to work effectively in distributed and cross-functional teams
- Must be available to work in the client's time zone and attend regular sync-ups.
