Packing and Shipping Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Packing and Shipping Specialist to help prepare orders for shipment and support daily warehouse activities. No previous packing or shipping experience is required, and full training will be provided. The role includes picking products, checking orders, packing items securely, preparing shipping labels, and organizing completed packages. This position is open to beginners who are dependable, attentive to detail, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from assigned storage areas based on order information.
• Check product names and quantities to help ensure orders are accurate.
• Select appropriate boxes and packing materials for each order.
• Pack products securely and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Print, check, and apply shipping labels as instructed.
• Sort finished packages according to their designated shipping areas.
• Check packages for visible damage, missing items, or incorrect labels.
• Keep packing materials and supplies organized and properly stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly packing and shipping workspace.
• Follow established procedures for handling products and preparing shipments.
• Report damaged products, incorrect orders, or other issues to a supervisor.
• Work with coworkers to complete daily packing and shipping assignments.

Qualifications

• No previous packing or shipping experience is required, and full training will be provided.
• You should be reliable and able to follow instructions carefully.
• Basic English skills are helpful for understanding labels, order information, and workplace instructions.
• Attention to detail is important when checking products, quantities, and shipping information.
• Teamwork is important because you will work with coworkers to complete daily assignments.
• You should be willing to learn new procedures and ask questions when additional guidance is needed.
• You should be organized and careful when handling products and packages.
• This position is open to beginners who are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.

Pay: $24.87 - $29.95 per hour
