Position Summary
Are you a skilled and motivated Behavioral Health Therapist looking for a high-impact, flexible, and rewarding opportunity? Damar is seeking an independent contractor to provide therapy in therapeutic group homes for adolescent boys (ages 12-20) on the north side of Indianapolis. These young individuals have faced challenges with sexually maladaptive behaviors, and your expertise can help them build a better future.
In this role, you’ll use evidence-based practices to support youth dealing with delinquency, family disruptions, and behavioral and mental health concerns. Plus, with an extremely flexible schedule, you can easily balance this contract with other commitments.

This is an as needed scheduled - the individual will pick up hours if we have a therapist not available

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
What you need to be considered:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field
- License required - LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
You must be willing to obtain a CSAYC if you don't already have one. We will cover the expenses related to obtaining the CSAYC.
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- No felony convictions or other criminal offences
