Temporary Data Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support a workforce training program. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, focused work and wants to gain exposure to how data supports programs that impact individuals and communities.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring program data is accurate, up to date, and ready for reporting—while also gaining insight into how different programs and services connect behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Enter and update participant data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Perform consistent, high-volume data entry tasks
• Review records to ensure completeness and correct any discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up-to-date data files
• Support reporting by ensuring data is entered in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings to learn how data supports program operations
• Gain exposure to client tracking systems and cross-program workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive, structured tasks
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar systems)
• Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Hours up to 30. Possible shift M-F 9am to 4pm (1hour lunch)
• Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly
