Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Developer to join as a full-time, hybrid team member in Austin, TX. This role requires a front-end expert with strong proficiency in modern ReactJS frameworks, coupled with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling backend services on AWS using EKS, Lambda, and API Gateway.

You will work closely with architects, backend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing user interfaces and cloud-native services that powe digital ecosystem. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented engineer who can operate independently, collaborate effectively across distributed teams, and deliver production-ready solutions with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of front-end applications using ReactJS and modern component-based frameworks
• Collaborate with architects, backend teams, and product owners to design scalable UI solutions aligned with standards and cloud-first architecture
• Develop and integrate secure, high-performing RESTful services using AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, intuitive, and maintainable user interfaces
• Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Perform code reviews and uphold best practices in front-end development, performance tuning, and UI/UX standards
• Participate in architectural discussions to influence front-end and cloud integration strategies
• Troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and deliver timely resolutions
• Work effectively across geographically distributed teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• 8 years of hands-on front-end development experience, with at least 5 years working extensively with ReactJS
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Hooks, Redux, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite)
• Solid understanding of UI state management, component architecture, and responsive design principles
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong backend integration experience using AWS services, including: EKS (Kubernetes-based deployments), Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, and related services
• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in troubleshooting front-end performance issues and optimizing large-scale applications
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and take ownership of deliverables in fast-paced, distributed environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
