We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to be based in Miami, USA to enhance our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent for both DAMAC Digital US and DAMAC Group globally. The ideal candidate will work closely with our US and Dubai teams and will be responsible for sourcing high caliber talent from the US market for roles located both across the USA and internationally. This is an office-based position based in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements.
- Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the sourcing and hiring of individuals into Technology, Corporate, Engineering or Data Centre related positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ability to engage with high-caliber talent both nationally and internationally.
