Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ohio. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs to recommend suitable products, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also manage client inquiries, process orders, and provide product knowledge to ensure an excellent customer experience. Collaborating with the sales team and providing feedback to improve processes will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Proven sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and ability to meet sales goals
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with home furnishing, design trends, or textile products is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to address customer needs proactively
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools for managing customer information
• Relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer-focused roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
