- Daly Seven *is family owned and operated. We build, own, and manage full and select-service hotels within the Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, and Hyatt brands. We are seeking a full-time HVAC Technician for our hotels in the North Carolina region.
- Install new HVAC systems, electrical components and wiring, thermostats and other HVAC system controls.
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating parts, and inspecting for leaks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Diagnose and repair dryers, washers, and ice machines.
- Repair or replace worn or defective parts.
- Perform emergency repairs.
- Communicate with supervisor and hotel management.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Follow safety protocols and local HVAC regulations.
- Keep company vehicle organized and maintained.
- Mentor other technicians or hotel maintenance staff on HVAC and other maintenance duties.
- The HVAC Technician must be willing to travel and in some instances, stay overnight.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license at all times to operate company vehicles.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
