As a Shuttle Driver at Daly Seven, you are the first and last impression our guests have during their stay. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable transportation between the hotel and airport terminals. Beyond driving, you act as a welcoming ambassador for our hotel, ensuring every journey starts and ends on a positive note.
What You’ll Do
Create Connections & Deliver Exceptional Service
- Greet guests with warmth, assisting with luggage loading and unloading with care and efficiency.
- Be the go-to expert for local airport terminals, local attractions, and dining, providing helpful guidance and directions to travelers.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professional care, patience, and concern.
- Complete guest room deliveries as needed.
- Promote our franchise membership club and help guests connect with front desk services to secure future stays at Daly Seven properties.
- Maintain constant communication with the front desk team to coordinate timely pickups, drop-offs, and special guest accommodations.
Master the Details & Vehicle Care
- Transport guests safely and punctually to and from designated airport terminals and local destinations according to schedule.
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections, monitoring tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, and general vehicle safety.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked shuttle van interior and exterior at all times.
- Completesmall maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Monitor traffic patterns, flight delays, and weather conditions to adjust routes proactively and maintain on-time performance.
- Accurately track mileage, fuel usage, and maintain detailed vehicle maintenance logs.
Ensure Safety & Security
- Act as a vital part of our security team by strictly adhering to all road safety laws, hotel driving policies, and passenger safety protocols.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures, vehicle breakdown safety, and emergency equipment locations (first aid kit, fire extinguisher, reflective triangles).
- Patrol all exterior sidewalks, parking lots, and the pool, collecting any trash or debris.
- Collect and change interior and exterior trash.
- Complete Incident Reports or Accident Reports immediately for any vehicle damage, traffic incidents, or guest/employee injuries.
- Report potential safety hazards, mechanical issues, or vehicle damage directly to management without delay.

- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in passenger transportation.
- Ability to frequently lift, load, and unload guest luggage weighing up to 50-60 lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Prior customer service experience and ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by flight schedules and guest volume.
