Job Description
Daly, Crowley, Mofford & Durkee, LLP, an Intellectual Property firm in Quincy, MA, has a full-time opportunity available. The position provides a variety of administrative support functions to 2-3 attorneys in an 11-attorney team-oriented law office.
This position includes preparing and electronically filing patent applications, responses to office actions, assignments, and other patent documents. Strong organizational skills for this fast-paced, deadline-focused position and communication skills for close working relationships with attorneys, co-workers, and clients are required for success in this position. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook is also required. Candidates must be able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities in this position.

This position requires an initial period of ON-SITE training with the ability to work-from-home thereafter. Our office is located south of Boston with free parking and a cafeteria in the building.
