We are searching for a dynamic, organized, and confident Hospital Office Manager to join our team. As a vital leader working alongside the Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind our clinic's success, ensuring smooth operations, a positive workplace, and exceptional client care.
What You'll Do:
- Keep Operations Running: Manage daily staffing, scheduling, inventory, compliance (CA regulations), and facility maintenance.
- Manage the Finances: Oversee budgeting, payroll, and work with our accounting partners on reconciliations and reporting.
- Build the Best Team: Handle all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a supportive, compliant workplace culture.
- Champion Our Clients: Resolve escalated issues and drive community outreach/marketing efforts.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of one year of experience in veterinary or hospital management, or extensive veterinary experience paired with a readiness to lead.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of California labor laws and OSHA standards.
- The ability to multitask, manage budgets, and maintain a flexible schedule.
