As a Program Coordinator focused on Digital Inclusion and Senior Wellness for the Healthy Aging Response Team (HART), you will be an integral part of our team. This role supports the implementation of two key initiatives: the CASF Broadband Adoption Program, which expands access to digital literacy and technology resources, and the PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active Rewarding Lives) evidence-based program supporting older adults experiencing depression.
In this role, you will coordinate digital literacy training, technology distribution, and outreach initiatives while supporting staff, volunteers, and community partners; delivering services to older adults and vulnerable residents. You will also assist in implementing the PEARLS program by coordinating participant engagement, supporting wellness coaches, and ensuring accurate program tracking and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Gerontology, Community Development, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 3–5 years experience working in nonprofit programs, community outreach, behavioral health services, or digital literacy programs
- Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or educational programming
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations including seniors, immigrants, and low-income residents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking systems
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Commitment to cultural humility and community-centered services
Preferred Qualifications (In Addition To Those Above)
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, or other community languages)
Responsibilities And Tasks
- Coordinate digital literacy workshops and technology training sessions for community members, including seniors and low-income residents
- Provide one-on-one technology support to participants, including assistance with basic computer use, internet navigation, email communication, and online services
- Assist participants in enrolling in affordable broadband programs and accessing online resources
- Coordinate distribution and tracking of devices such as laptops, tablets, and hotspots
- Maintain inventory and documentation of program equipment and technology resources
- Support the implementation of the PEARLS evidence-based program by assisting with recruitment, screening, and coordination of program participants
- Provide support to wellness coaches delivering PEARLS sessions and assist with participant progress tracking and documentation
- Conduct outreach to recruit participants through housing sites, senior centers, community organizations, and partner agencies
- Serve as an excellent representative of the Partnership to internal and external stakeholders at meetings, committees, and collaborative partnerships
- Support day-to-day coordination of HART programming, including classes, home visits, phone inquiries, outreach activities, and client services
- Input accurate data into client relationship management systems and program tracking databases
- Assist in evaluation of services and narrative reporting by documenting participant outcomes and success stories
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through efficient allocation of supplies and program resources
- Identify areas of growth and program improvement and collaborate with supervisors to implement solutions
- Attend all mandatory trainings and participate in professional development opportunities that contribute to the team’s success

- Work during standard business week/hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Work occasional evenings and weekends as requested
