The Dalwadi Hospitality Management team is looking for highly skilled and motivated Room Attendants to join our loving and enthusiastic team in Houston, Texas. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with brand standards. Essential Duties include:
- Provide a clean and safe environment for guests
- Proactively maintain assigned areas and equipment
- Clean, dust, and vacuum common areas and rooms according to brand standards
- Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, and replenish amenities
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Stock cart properly with room supplies
- Report any safety and housekeeping concerns to management
- Attend and participate in all mandatory trainings
- Flexible with schedule and assignments
- Follow proper procedures for lost and found items
Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 15 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 35 lbs
- Ability to multitask
- Displays good initiative
