What You'll Do
- Lead direct sales efforts across our hotel portfolio with strategy, energy, and flair
- Partner with GMs, marketing, and revenue teams to develop and execute winning business and marketing plans
- Stay on top of brand programs, booking channels, and digital marketing opportunities—and make them work for us
- Track performance, optimize results, and push the envelope to grow REVPAR and market share
- Coach, train, and energize local sales teams, building a culture of accountability and celebration
- Help keep the big picture in focus as an active voice on our Strategic Planning Committee
What We're Looking For
- A hospitality sales leader with at least 3 years of hotel experience (1 as a Sales Manager preferred) IHG specific experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a sharp understanding of hotel revenue management
- Someone who’s proactive, positive, and knows how to move the needle
- A great collaborator who can rally a team and motivate others toward shared goals
- A flexible go-getter—weekends and holidays might pop up, and you’re okay with that
- A sense of humor and a genuine care for people (yes, we said it—this matters!)
- Willing to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement
