As the new Customer Success Manager in our Chicago office, you will play a crucial role in Dalux's expansion in the US. Your New Role: From our Chicago office, you will be joining an exciting expansion journey in the US market, becoming the third member of our US team. You will collaborate with a network of dedicated colleagues across the US, Canada, and Europe, focused on building and maintaining strong, sustainable, and successful customer relationships with both new and existing clients. Working closely with leading contractors and consultants will be essential to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Dalux' software. In other words, you will be our technical, customer facing expert!
Your Responsibilities Include:
In addition, you have an understanding of digital construction tools. Experience with construction software from a user perspective is particularly advantageous (BIM would be a bonus!). You take responsibility, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and value continuous learning. You excel in building strong relationships and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in English is required.
The salary range for this role is 110K-140K USD.

- Supporting new clients in implementing the full Dalux product portfolio, including leading training sessions and workshops.
- Assisting clients in integrating our solutions into their construction and maintenance processes, ensuring they maximize the value of our tools.
- Identifying new application possibilities for existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and growth.
- Over time, managing a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, enabling clients to leverage product enhancements, and ensuring they derive maximum value from Dalux.
- Assisting with the support and implementation of Dalux for vertical and horizontal construction projects and commercial construction clients.
- Collaborating closely with your US colleagues at the Chicago office and actively participating in events, industry fairs, Dalux User Days, client meetings, etc.
