What you'll be doing in the role:
As a Sr. Paid Media Analyst you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign analytics, including strategy, tracking, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
- Lead analytics strategy and reporting across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Display, and traditional media
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for client campaigns
- Analyze performance data to uncover trends, optimization opportunities, and budget reallocation recommendations
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
- Partner cross-functionally with Media, Strategy, Creative, and Account teams
- Improve reporting automation and stay current on platform and privacy changes
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5 years of paid media marketing analytics experience (agency or in-house)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience analyzing full-funnel advertising performance
- Proven ability to translate campaign data into a narrative story with optimization recommendations
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience presenting campaign reporting directly to clients
- Strong understanding of key media KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple clients independently in an agency environment
