What You’ll Do in the Role:
- Work with agency leadership to lead the day-to-day management of a key animal healthcare account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on strategy
- Bring deep knowledge and market insights to help client achieve their objectives
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and media teams to bring ideas to life
- Anticipate client needs, uncover new opportunities and contribute to organic growth
- Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on project management
- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering growth and curiosity
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Animal Healthcare advertising experience highly preferred. You know the space, the stakeholders, and how to navigate its complexities
- Minimum of five (5) years of account management experience in an advertising or integrated marketing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related
- Experience with branding and lead generation campaigns, plus a solid understanding of digital media
- Proven success running integrated campaigns
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a persuasive style
- A collaborative spirit who upholds the standard for client relationships and facilitates internal teamwork
- Must be located in commutable distance to Jacksonville
