Account Coordinator, Account Management

Dalton is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team here in Atlanta, GA. This position is ideal for someone passionate about client services, project management, and marketing execution. As an Account Coordinator, you will assist with advertising and marketing efforts for key agency accounts, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of campaigns.

What you will be doing in the role:

• Work closely with the account team and account leads to implement all account assignments
• Coordinate and manage creative, media, and production projects
• Collaborate with traffic, creative, production, and media teams to ensure on-time project delivery
• Develop project briefs and manage change orders under the direction of an Account Manager
• Assist in meeting preparation and development of presentation decks
• Conduct competitive and industry research to support account strategy
• Manage client budget trackers and assist with monthly billing
• Handle various account requests and special assignments as needed
• Provide ongoing status updates and conference reports for the agency and clients
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, products, and marketing goals
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing environment; marketing/advertising internship highly preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and creative processes is a plus
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and organization
