We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse specialties
- Perform procedures including suturing, joint injections, and mild office procedures.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Cerner for accurate documentation of patient encounters, medication administration, and clinical notes.
- Coordinate diagnostic evaluations including laboratory tests (phlebotomy), medical imaging, and interpret ICD 10 coding for accurate documentation.
- Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Utilize EMR system for comprehensive medical records management.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), with current state licensure.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
- Familiarity with protocols including HIPAA compliance and OSHA.
- Ability to work effectively in outpatient setting with diverse patient populations including geriatrics patients.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
