Repair vehicles using state-of-the-art equipment furnished by our company in accordance with OEM procedures and collision center specifications. Must always perform quality repairs with the utmost honesty and integrity while ensuring vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards and repair procedures
- Review and follow OEM repair procedures through manufacturer repair information sites
- Perform structural and nonstructural repairs on damaged vehicles
- Remove and replace body panels and related components
- Perform welding, sectioning, and panel replacement procedures as required
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
- Maintain repair quality, productivity, and cycle time expectations
- Communicate repair needs and supplement requirements with production staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Minimum of three years of collision repair experience
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and industry best practices
- Ability to perform structural and nonstructural repairs
- Experience with welding and metal finishing techniques preferred
- Ability to read and follow repair plans and repair procedures
- ICAR training and certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
