The Dallas Wings are seeking a Marketing Intern for the Spring. This internship is designed to expose a highly motivated individual to all areas of a modern sports marketing department. The intern will support the Director of Marketing in preparing for the 2026 season through digital and traditional marketing tasks, website updates, organizational tools, campaign ideation, communications support, and general office and administrative duties.

- Grassroots marketing and community-focused brand building
- How revenue-generating departments operate and align to broader business goals
- The daily functions and workflows of the Dallas Wings marketing department
- How to build strong project management skills using tools like Monday.com
- Website content management and updates through WordPress
- Collaborate with all Dallas Wings departments on assigned tasks and cross-functional projects
- Inventory management of official Dallas Wings giveaways, supplies, and signage
- Learn how to update, maintain, and optimize website content in WordPress
- Observe and participate in the development of paid social and digital strategies, including campaign planning and performance analysis
- Support ideation around marketing campaigns, theme nights, and fan-engagement initiatives for the 2026 season
- Research best practices for email marketing, fan communication, and CRM touchpoints
- Assist with organizational processes including purchase orders, quotes, vendor invoices, and Monday.com task management
- Shadow and collaborate with team members across social media, graphic design, and video to understand the full content creation pipeline
- Experience the full off-season marketing process, culminating in the first game of the 2026 season in early May—where you’ll see the work you contributed to come to life in front of thousands of fans
- Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, or digital content support
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work non-traditional and long hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited university in an undergraduate or graduate program
