Responsibilities
- Manage and execute price changes for both U.S. stores and Singapore (local and international pricing).
- Implement new release price updates and coordinate menu updates.
- Perform EPOS functions, including system entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Receive incoming product transfers and process them accurately in the inventory system.
- Handle daily stock movements: reconcile store inventory, execute transfers, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate and execute new store product transfers when opening or restocking a location.
- Perform regular product checks (cycle counts, spot checks) and reconcile discrepancies in-store inventory.
- Receive incoming products for specialized clubs or divisions (e.g., Card Club).
- Provide back-up support to the Plano receiving team, including receiving, shipping, and transferring new products as they arrive.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Generate inventory reports, document adjustments, and escalate any material variances.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Strong computer skills — experience with EPOS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Good communication skills; ability to liaison with both U.S. and international teams.
- Physical stamina to perform inventory counts, move stock, and assist with incoming shipments.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in handling inventory and pricing.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
