Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for employees via SharePoint ticketing system (e.g., mouse, keyboard, login issues, network connectivity).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, TVs, printers, peripherals, etc.
- Support POS systems, inventory systems, and other business-critical applications.
- Maintain and support employee workstations.
- Monitor and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, access points) across all locations.
- Manage access control systems and security cameras.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks: OS patching, antivirus checks, device updates, and software installs.
- Assist with website updates (product content, graphics, store/event photos).
- Support graphic needs for digital assets used in-store or online.
- Help maintain and update web pages for locations, events, and company features.
- Provide technical support during new store openings (setting up network, workstations, POS, security systems).
- Assist with rollout of new company features, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for IT-related event needs (audio/visual, displays, etc.).
- Conduct regular health checks on devices, networks, and systems.
- Monitor and ensure up time of critical infrastructure.
- Perform scheduled maintenance windows, upgrades, and patching.
- Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support as required.
- Back up more senior IT staff when needed.
- Document processes, IT configurations, and system changes.
- Train store employees on basic IT procedures, new software, or hardware.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role (retail environment experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with hardware (laptops, printers, TVs) and peripherals.
- Experience supporting network devices (switches, Wi-Fi, cameras).
- Knowledge of POS and inventory systems is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of web content management (CMS), graphics, and site maintenance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
- Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours, including weekends.
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, etc.) preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid transportation to travel to our retail locations throughout the metroplex with mileage reimbursement being compensated.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
