The Role
As a Water Filtration Technician, you’ll install, service, and maintain premium filtration and softening systems in some of the most beautiful homes in North Texas. You’ll work directly with homeowners and builders who value professionalism, expertise, and trust.
This is a hands-on role with direct impact—you’re not just doing installs, you’re helping families protect their health and homes with cleaner, safer water.
What You’ll Do
- Install and service whole-home water filtration and softening systems
- Perform filter changes and preventative maintenance for our recurring service clients
- Work with luxury builders, contractors, and high-end homeowners on custom solutions
- Educate clients on water quality and system performance
- Keep accurate records via our digital service platform (Housecall Pro)
- Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and pride
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, pool systems, or related trades preferred (we provide training in water filtration)
- Mechanically inclined, with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in high-end residential environments—well-spoken, professional, respectful
- Motivated to grow with a fast-moving company
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
