Job Summary
The DTS-Arabic Online Course Manager will help develop and maintain the Arabic online courses for DTS-Arabic.

The DTS-Arabic Online Course Manager will help develop and maintain the Arabic online courses for DTS-Arabic.
Supervisory Responsibilities (if Applicable)
- When needed, oversee contractor’s translation work.
- DTS-Arabic Online Course Development and Maintenance
- Provide logistical assistance for recording sessions, including scheduling, set preparation, and faculty support during filming, ensuring timely completion of all course sessions
- Collaborate with the Media Department to plan, record, and produce DTS-Arabic course videos in alignment with DTS standards
- Work with Online/Distance Ed and other relevant departments to get new courses and materials uploaded
- Translate English online courses for use with DTS-Arabic
- Support video post-production tasks, including reviewing edited footage and editing videos according to course outlines in coordination with the Assistant Director.
- Assist in translating, refining, and synchronizing course materials, scripts, and captions in both English and Arabic, ensuring linguistic accuracy and consistency with DTS-Arabic standards. Work with tools such as HeyGen, Adobe Premiere, and other media platforms to assist with dubbing, voice-over, and editing tasks
- Support the Assistant Director in ensuring that all DTS-Arabic video and media projects meet academic, technical, and stylistic quality benchmarks
- Maintain organized archives of all media files, translations, and course assets to ensure version control and accessibility
- DTS-Arabic Marketing Support
- Coordinate with MarCom on promotional and communication projects for DTS-Arabic (e.g., website content, social media pieces)
- Other related duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team with other staff in the department.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn related computer software basics.
- A M.Div. or Th.M. degree (preferable).
- Able to sign DTS doctrinal & community statements.
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
