Duties

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing
• Load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and stockers while adhering to safety protocols
• Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves accurately and conducting regular cycle counts with inventory management software and ERP systems
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to track shipments, update inventory records, and facilitate data entry tasks
• Prepare shipments for international trade compliance by verifying trade documentation and adhering to shipping & receiving procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following proper packaging standards and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members on logistics planning, order fulfillment, and optimizing warehouse distribution processes

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
• Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Valid certification for forklift operation or reach truck is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock management and data entry
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous
• Ability to lift heavy items safely and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Pay: $23.41 - $28.19 per hour
