Hiring: Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Dallas Shirt Printing is a custom printing company for promotional products. We strive to provide excellent service and quality products to our customers. We have a great team at Dallas Shirt Printing and are looking to add the right candidates to our growing organization. Responsibilities:

• Represent Dallas Shirt Printing with professionalism and pride in the work we do and the customers we serve
• Establish relationship and provide prompt responses to customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance and information the customer needs with the goal to convert the caller to a qualified lead and ultimately a sale
• Provide adequate information on types of printing, promotional items, and printing services offered by Dallas Shirt Printing
• Maintain a constant communication to management & team members in a timely manner with regards to work progress
• Monitor trends in customer’s business activities
• Maintain and understand all customer information for sales management
• Assist with the preparation and execution of all orders to completion

Required Qualifications:

• Over one year of sales experience
• Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to communicate in a pleasant and effective manner
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment following the core values of Dallas Shirt Printing 
• Must follow outlined protocols
• Knowledge in using computer and google drive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• General understanding of Embroidery, Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, and Vinyl.
• Proven track record in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
