- SCHEDULE: Full- Time
- Hospital Employed Position
- TEAM: 3 IC, 1 EP, 1 Physician Assistant
- CALL: 1:5 (week at a time, 100% rounds/call) – will be 1:3 going forward
- EMR: EPIC in the hospital and clinic
- VOLUME: 20 patients per clinic day, average of 20 consults per day with the help of the PA to round.
- complete flexibility to design your schedule and how many 1/2-day clinics you desire
- 150 patients in ER / day
- average 20 admissions / day (50% are cardio consults)
- 2 busiest in group = 3,500-4,400 clinic visits (2022)
- Inpatient = 1,400-2,500 patients
- PAYOR MIX: 30% Medicare | 30% Medicaid | 40% private/commercial
- PATIENT LANGUAGES: large% of Spanish speaking patients
- ABOUT: established busy cardiology program 20 years
- large Cardiology Program for size of hospital
- 2 Cath Labs - constantly busy
- Chest Pain accredited
- Stroke Certified
