Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for all service and maintenance collections.
- Send out statements monthly.
- Follow-up via phone and email with customer on overdue accounts.
- Send certified letters to unresponsive customers.
- Add all unresponsive customers to the record keeping sheet. Communicate support needed to management group.
- Research invoices questioned by customers and respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date collections system.
- Monitor customer account detail for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
- Carry out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Data Entry
- And other assigned duties
- Billing experience preferred.
- Commitment to quality and customer service to client and internal personnel
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
