Position Description:
- Partners with Marketing, General Decorator, Show Managers, Clients, Catering, and Operations to Manage, produce and distribute all Event Orders and market sheets.
- Helps manage the campus calendar.
- Check events to ensure all requirements are being met. Notify relative departments of any corrections/changes needed.
- Process invoices, and expense reports.
- Provides administrative support to the SVP, Administrative Services and SVP, Facility Maintenance
- Assist Operations teams with work order system questions. Submit work orders as necessary.
- Prepares daily assignments for temporary labor during markets. Assists with building and restroom inspections. Communicate with temp agency when necessary.
- Process invoices for operations.
- (FM) Maintain Construction/Building Permits for Operations, schedules contractor for quarterly maintenance, including grease traps and kitchen vent hoods.
- Approves payroll when management is out of the office. Assists SVP’s with payroll issues.
- Manage the logistics/operations for external events taking place within the building.
- Support the leasing team by providing meeting or lounge space required for markets and events.
- Assist with scheduling of temp labor for Housekeeping, Dock Services and Setup.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of office or customer service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Sitting and walking throughout work shift
- During markets or events require significant walking and extended work hours
