Description
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of OSI (Office of School Improvement) projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Collect data and complete slide presentations for the DISD Board, district, and community stakeholders.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Ensure that all OSI projects and deliverables are completed on-time.
- Ensure projects are aligned to the OSI pillars and goals.
- Proactively assess and analyze any risks and issues that may compromise project team performance and develop plans to remove or mitigate them.
- Represent the OSI in district and community meetings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university: Master’s Degree preferred.
- Five plus years of experience in strategic planning, project management and knowledge of the education field experience preferred.
- Proven working experience in project management, process improvement, and planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately with various personnel.
- Professional development presentation experience.
