- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Early Childhood Education or related field required
- Master's degree from an accredited university in Education or related field preferred
- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with endorsements for subject and subject level assigned is required
- 3 years of directly related experience in Early Childhood Education required
- 2 years of Campus Leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrates experience in implementing educational programs in an early learning setting.
- Demonstrates knowledge of early learning program and best practices, including coaching-based support.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and experience in working with children from various demographic areas and diverse ethnicities.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with external parties and build relationships
